Effective July 2025, due to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) migration to the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES), newer nursing home data is currently not available for posting. The New York State Department of Health is actively working to provide the current data as soon as possible.
